We use your information to operate, maintain, and improve Cognileads; to communicate with you about product updates, billing, and support; to personalize your experience; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your campaign data and prospect information are used only to deliver the service you have subscribed to.

We may share your information with trusted service providers who help us operate our platform (hosting, email delivery, AI inference, analytics), under contractual obligations that prohibit them from using your data for any other purpose. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Campaign and prospect data are retained in accordance with your workspace settings and applicable data retention policies. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
